Located on the old Schaefer Brewery site on the Williamsburg waterfront, Schaefer Landing is a 1.6 acre residential development with spectacular views of the lower Manhattan skyline. The site features three high-rise residential towers, each with rooftop terraces, and a central courtyard overlooking the East River with views to Manhattan. The courtyard, on top of the parking garage, became an intensive green roof with lush contoured planting beds forming intimate seating areas.
